Refund and Cancellation

This policy explains how the free trial, cancelling and refunds work for The Profit System plans. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Billing through Whop

Plans for The Profit System are sold and billed through Whop. Your receipts, renewals and plan changes are in your Whop account. Plans renew automatically each month or each year, depending on the billing period you picked, until you cancel.

The free trial is free

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial. If you cancel in your Whop account before the trial ends, you pay nothing. If you do not cancel, the plan price is charged when the trial ends.

Cancel any time

You can cancel at any time from your Whop account, or write to support@theprofitsystem.com and we will do it for you. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Paid periods are not prorated

Monthly and yearly periods are not prorated. If you cancel partway through a period, you are not charged again, but there is no partial refund for the time left in that period.

Asking for a refund

If something went wrong with a charge, for example you meant to cancel before it renewed, write to support@theprofitsystem.com within 7 days of the charge. Include the email you used at checkout. We review every request and reply by email. Approved refunds are issued through Whop to the original payment method.

Your data when you leave

You can export all of your data (contacts, conversations, deals and more) as CSV or JSON from Settings before you go. We keep your data for 30 days after your plan ends, so you can come back or ask us for an export. After that we delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top, and if a change is significant we will tell customers by email before it takes effect.
